I found Brittany's Spa Salon in a magainze article. I was new to the Jax area and looking for something to do with my very fine cury locks. I walked into Brittany's and had my first consult. It was the best experience I have ever had in a salon. I was immediately impressed with Brittany's knowledge and style. It was very obvious that she is well trained and up to date on all the current and latest techniques. What also impressed me was how she sees to every detail with the eye of a perfectionist. The staff is continously learning under her skillfull direction. They are all friendly and professional and their customer service skills are on point. My son has had incredible facials with Katie, and my husband is now a regular of Nick's. I have been going back to Brittany's Spa salon for almost a yr now. Each time I leave the salon I feel glamourous and beautiful. My hair is gorgeous and I love my extensions. She is always concerned that each time you come into the salon you have a wonderful experince, you feel comfortable and are completely satisfied with any services. In my opinion Brittany's Spa Salon is top of the line.
