I think you guys are great. We have used Computer NERDZ! quite a few times over the years and we keep going back. If I am speaking with someone about computer issues I don't hesitate to recommend NERDZ! to assist them. In fact, my father became a new customer last week upon my recommendation. When I spoke with him earlier today to let him know that it was my turn to call for help he assured me that he was happy with the service he received and then thanked me for the recommendation. Getting one of those from my father was good feeling, if you know what I mean.
Pros: customer service, technicians are awesome, always helpful
Cons: none!
