Comp. nerdz started coming out a few months ago. 1st time they came out was 2 clean up computer so it would run faster. It was working great until about an hour after they left when our computer became pop-up central & started playing music by itself. We dealt w/ it until the internet stopped working. We called them out & paid once again to have them fix it. They let us know they put some different spyware on that would prevent that problem from occuring in the future & were confused who put on the last ""outdated"" spyware 4 us (COMPUTER NERDZ DID). Yet again, a month later, the internet quit working. We called them out AGAIN. Paid a guy to sit here for 2 hours before he said he couldn't figure it out. Then we paid for them to take it to the shop, then paid for him to re-deliver it. It was working great until about 2 hours after they left...(I had checked about 3 emails) then my internet quit working again. I called immediately to tell them the problem wasn't fixed. They came out yet again today to tell me that the 3 emails I checked from my family in that 10 minutes after they left gave me the same horrible trojan & caused my internet not to work again. It took him another 2 hours to figure this out, add some other different ""better"" spyware/internet & charge me again. I was so livid at this point, I couldn't even think straight. My computer has only gotten worse since they started coming out. They keep telling me that they have fixed the problem & have put some different stuff on there that will work better. My question is ""IF SOMETHING WORKS BETTER THEN THE LAST THING, WHY WASN'T THAT PUT ON THERE IN THE 1ST PLACE"". It's like they are almost rigging my computer so it will continue to have problems & we will have to continue to keep calling them back out & pay more money. I think we have paid them close to $1,500.00 in the last 5 months. SERIOUSLY, this time was the last straw. BAD COMPANY! I will NEVER use them again!
