Found this maintenance service on a web hunt to find a crew in my small four room office and the owner came to me the next day, on time, and gave me a free quote. I agreed with his fair quote and let him take it from there. Our office is fresh smelling and ready each morning!
Pros: On time, quality controlled, fairly priced
Cons: I have another office in Torrance which was difficult for his crew to get to the times I needed them there. But he's a Valley business anyway!
