Review content:
Called for a free quote because I wanted to replace my old heating/air system in my house. Vigan came over on a Saturday. We spent about a half hour looking at the old system and talking about what new system I wanted. We shook hands and he promised me a quote on Monday. Monday came and no quote. I called Tuesday and left a message. No response. I emailed asking about the quote. I haven't heard anything from them and it is now Thursday. Not very professional.
My cousin just replaced his heating/air system and had received a quote from them. He ended up finding another contractor who did the job for $4000 less! And the job was done right. Needless to say I'm having the same person do ours.
Precise air is overpriced and tries to justify it by telling you it's because they have been in business for so long, and they have a lot of overhead. Don't get ripped off! Do your homework and don't even bother with Precise Air, they don't deserve your business.
Cons: Wasted my time, unprofessional and overpriced!
