Review content:
Well the staff are are not friendly or smart! The managers step son breaks into cars there and no one cares about the break in's because it's all family and friends. The manager is joke and only hires family and friends. His dumb blond daughter works the office so maintenance calls forget she forgot to write it up every time. The grounds could be nice but no one takes care of them! The pool has turned into a junk yard (what a waste). The playground is a needle and baggie haven! Friday and Saturday nights are party like oghetto nights drunk people every where yelling busting bottles and half the New Castle County police are there! You will never find a parking spot because there are too many parties! I have lived here for 7 years and I actually moved across the road to Brandywine and I love the quite peaceful life I had forgotten even existed! This has to be the worst complex ever!

Cons: parking,parties, management, grounds, service, maintenance
