I took my car to this particular pep boys for a simple starting system diagnostic, I ended up paying for them to test a battery I purchased from them 1 month ago and they did nothing else, but still made me pay for the complete diagnostic. They kept trying to sell me unnecessary diagnostics, etc. (I guess they figured I knew nothing about cars since I am a woman!) I ended up having the car repaired somewhere else where they discovered I simply needed a new hose. I dealt with 4 different people in a three hour period and when they called to tell me my car was ready I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to finish some paperwork before I could get my keys. Then they made me walk through the shop and pull my car out of the bay myself. The entire time I was treated horribly and quite frankly I experienced the worst customer service of my life. Please never take your car here, they will try to rip you off!
Cons: EVERYTHING!
