The store employees are nice, The installers will be the ones to send Best Buy down the path of Circuit City. Their installer JEFF came out to my home trying to plus sell and got mad when I wasn't buying. They were so bad I cancelled my order and went to Costco who helped me and was professional aboutit. Also BEWARE they try to conceal wires both cable and electrical and they don't pull a permit for the electrical because they don't have a license. I sent them packing. Way to go JEFF join the unemployed.
