I THINK MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EATEN AT EVERY MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN JACKSONVILLE AND BEYOND, AND THERE'S NOT ONE BETTER THAN CAMPECHE BAY AT THE BEACH. THEY HAVE THE MOST WONDERFUL LOBSTER ENCHILADAS AND SHRIMP ENCHILADAS. THEY ARE SERVED WITH THE BEST RICE AND BEANS YOU'LL FIND IN THIS TOWN. ONE RESTAURANT CAME CLOSE ON THE RICE AND BEANS, BUT NEVER QUITE AS GOOD. IT HAS A ROMANTIC ATMOSPHERE AND WE ALWAYS GET SEATED IN REASONABLE TIME. USUALLY RIGHT AWAY. GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE. WE LIVE ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RESTAURANT, BUT IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE. AND WHEN THE WEATHERS GOOD, YOU JUST WALK ONE BLOCK AND YOU CAN TAKE A STROLL ALONG THE BEACH. TRY IT. YOU'LL LOVE IT.
Pros: GREAT PRICE, FOR GREAT FOOD.
