Grayton Plumbing is great. I have been using them for a long time.
The quality of their work is excellent and they guarantee it. I have never had to call them come back to fix anything. And the owner, Frank, has embedded a respect for people's houses into the professionals that work for him. They wear white slippers over their shoes and they clean up after themselves like they had never been there.
Also, they are available for emergencies. I had a problem with a furnace that had flooded, and I had to call Grayton Plumbing at night on a Sunday. They were able to send someone right over.
They are very friendly, professional, and they do excellent work. But, again, the thing that really bowls me over is the fact that Frank has taught all of his workers to respect the houses of his customers. They never track in dirt. It is unbelievable. I will always call them and I will continue to recommend them.
When you call Grayton Plumbing, the person who answers says, "this is so and so, how can I make your day better?" It's a great company.
