Review content:
Evidence obtained from the Weld County District Attorney's office indicates that all equity partners of DC&G knew that Daniel T. Goodwin had worked a fraud upon the Weld County District Court in order to cause former Dream Stone Marble & Granite employee's lawsuit for accrued wages to be dismissed, Goodwin, with full knowledge of all equity partners of DC&G then filed a fraudulent lien on the former employee's home on behalf of Dream Stone Marble & Granite. Goodwin was able to obtain a default judgment on behalf of his clients by swearing SIMULTANEOUSLY to the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor, that NEITHER had jurisdiction over my case, because the matter was before the other. All equity partners were under a duty, according to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, to report Goodwin's felonious act to the appropriate law enforcement agencies: they did not. DC&G, in whole, is aiding and abetting Class 3 Felony Theft, fraud, and conspiracy by equity partner , Daniel T. Goodwin. I believe DC&G is prosecutable under Colorado's Organized Crime Control Act.
