Review content:
I had ordered a dress by Maggie Sottero called the Harriet. When I went to pick up the dress it did not look like the dress I tried on when I purchased it. It was not the dress at all it had a toll on it instead of the organza it was suppose to be, I ordered sleeves to be added on because my church doesn't allow no sleeves and one side was longer than the other when I tried it on than it was the wrong size and she told me if I lost 30lbs it would fit better. When I told her this was not the dress and It didn't have the sleeves Tracie that manager insisted it was the dress nothing she could do about it and she refused to call the dress company and to fix my sleeves . She just kept saying take the dress and I said no this isn't the dress. I took a picture of the dress and left the dress at the Chiyo's Bridal shop went to David Bridal and asked them if this was organza on that dress and they said no that was not organza and that dress was a fake. I called Chiyo's Bridal shop and told them that wasn't the dress and they needed to fix what I payed for Tracie said there was nothing she could do about it and hung up on me. I have never been so mortified in my life I wish this never to happen to any Bride again to purchase there dream dress to get a fake and wrong size and not the way they ordered it
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVRYTHING TERRIBLE
