We moved here from the Bay Area this summer and have been a bit disappointed in the Asian food here in Longmont... Until now! The freshness and quality of cuisine at Thai Kitchen is as good as we found back home, and the prices are very reasonable. The lunch menu has a small selection, but all items are made to order and are priced at a value. We were able to order from the dinner menu at lunchtime, which was a plus for getting just what we wanted. The Pad Thai is just right with chili on the side, allowing you to perfectly tune the heat of your dish. The curries are served with a wide variety of tender veggies and the balance of flavors is just right. We'll definitely be back!
