Review content:
After a negative experience at a public Montessori preschool, Sunflower has been the answer to our prayers! The founder/director decided to take the basic Montessori approach and combine it with a hands-on science-based curriculum. Kids are encouraged to learn through dramatic play, and the classrooms are just stunning! And the outdoor classroom is unbelievable, as is the science room. My boy is having so much fun and is learning and growing, and he loves all his teachers, too. The curriculum never ceases to amaze me! They team teach, so there's 3-5 teachers involved at once, which is a major plus, as every kid and every teacher is different and team teaching assures adequate bonding and semi-stressless teaching. The teachers are real, in the present, and truly child-focused. The children socialize with each other and with the teachers a welcoming sight and sound from a preschool! The kids get dirty! Yay!
