Thoroughly awful experience. Went to sell precious metals, which I had done previously with the owner with no problems. Dealt with ""Liz"" this time, who was an all together rude individual who wasted an excessive amount of my time. While first being told to return the next day or possibly later the same day, I was subsequently told to return 4 days later with a price to sell that was 3 times higher than quoted on the phone. This price was also at least two times higher than their most expensive local competitor. While protesting this she became agitated and indicated that she did not care for my business. As stated in earlier reviews, their staff is of dubious quality and trustworthiness.
