Review content:
Went there to have 2 small chips in my windshield repaired and left with more problems than when I arrived. They drilled too far into my windshield and went into the laminate layer, leaving behind the drill holes and distortion. This distortion is very apparent while driving and honestly it's a big distraction. Got 2 other glass companies to look at it and they said that Doctor Auto Glass repaired it incorrectly. Doctor Auto Glass will not take responsibility for the problem. They say this is normal and how EVERY repair is done. There is no way of fixing this now, so my only option is to replace the entire windshield. They will replace it for me, but for an additional $100!!! What a scam! Why would I want them to ever touch my car again? Beware of shady business practices and uncooperative employees.
