In for an oil change for which I was initially overcharged and had my IPOD stolen from the car. Tech (AKA greasy thief) left his oily finger prints on the adapter where he unplugged it from the glove box. The service manager was very rude and condescending saying they were not going to pay for it (I never asked for payment, I was asking for some help retrieving my property) and it was not their problem! He never offered to look into it or offer to try and help! He also advised me of never having that sort of problem while he mentioned their sign saying they were not responsible for things left in vehicles! (anyone with a pulse knows that these signs are posted after an incident) I did file a police report and attempted to speak to the General Manager he refused to see me and his secretary took my phone number saying he would call me and of coarse he did not! Management at this place clearly demonstrated that my property was not a priority for them. The one thing this business has for sure is a thief in the service department!!!
