First off please note: I have bought 2 vehicles here, Dodge Durango, Ram Truck. My Durango SHUTS down while doing 70mph on the freeway. I called Cerritos Dodge, Alfonso said it happens alot. I told him that's not safe. He tells me to tow it in. I have AAA (great to have) come to my home, when we are pushing it out of my garage it starts. I called Alfonso, he tells me to drive it in. I ask him are you sure its safe, he says yes. While on my way over there it magically dies on South St and 605 on-ramp. I call AAA to rescue me, its rush hour and I'm blocking the 605 North on-ramp. I call Alfonso to advise him of my situation and he starts laughing!!! When I get to Dodge, Alfonso (Service Dept) is no where to be found for 20 min. He magically appears, takes my Durango. I call Dodge Corp and tell them about my Durango problem. Dodge Corp opens a file for me and
Cons: Wouldn't send my worse enemy there!!!!!!
