I can't imagine having a better car buying experience. I started dealing with Cerritos Dodge after having made an online request for a quote. Benny Gunawan, called me almost immediately. We set an appointment and we were on our way.
I did the research on the vehicle I was interested in (Chrysler 200) before I went in to check it out. I was not disappointed. When I was there, they didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so I ordered one from the factory. Waiting for it was difficult, although it only took four weeks to arrive, and I couldn't be happier.
I got a great deal on the car and the financing was terrific.
TIP: When you get there, there are 15 sales guys waiting to get their hands on you. My suggestion is, make an appointment before hand so you can walk right passed all of them and know exactly what you are looking for and what it should cost. The guys at Cerritos Dodge are going to offer you fair prices but, knowing what you want, and what you are willing to pay will prevent you from buying something you weren't ready for.
