I started using Julia's Florist for all my local (Starke, FL) floral needs while I living full time in Pinellas County, about 3 hours away. It felt good to know that I could place an order and know that the flowers would be fresh and beautifully arranged, and that they'd be delivered on time. I've been a happy customer for several years now, and would recommend Julia's Florist without hesitation.
Pros: Beautiful arrangements, great service
Cons: Sometimes nobody answers the phone; keep trying.
