My family & I attended West Haven's Italian Street Festival yesterday. I thought everything was fine, except for Mike's Apizza. In the past, my husband & I have eaten at Mike's, and several times we were served burnt pizza. Well, yesterday at the festival convinced us that we will no longer be customers of Mike's. At the festival, we ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza & were presented with the BLACKEST pizza I've ever seen. I asked the woman who served us for 2 other slices, and she responded to me that all the slices were burnt like that. Eventually, we received 2 proper slices. What a disgrace Mike's Apizza is! Shame on them! In these times, you would think they would to their best to please their customers. How could the cooks & wait staff serve such garbage??? My family & I will go to Andy's Pizza or Reno's or anywhere where we are treated properly.
