We always wnnt to Mike's for pizza when we vacationed from Indiana to visit my grandparents in West Haven. It was always a much looked-forward to culinary experience. Whenever I have occasion to travel within 100 miles of West Haven, I insist on a side-trip to Mike's. Unfortunately, it has been over five years since my last memorable bite of Mike's slices from heaven. If I let memory serve, I can almost taste it. It is like no other pizza I have ever eaten. Don't dilute the wonderful and delictable flavor of a PLAIN CHEESE PIE by heaping all sorts of meats and veggies on it. Ahhhhh! Ummmmm! Heaven!
