Review content:
Awful customer service. I have always been a thrifty shopper and always try to get my moneys worth. I have found that the Bookstop is sometimes cheaper than Barnes and Noble, but after several disputes with management over them not honoring their prices, I now no longer will waste my money supporting a company that does not take care of their customers. They are more will to argue with you loudly in a store to make a buck than they are to take care of the patrons that come in. Atleast at Barnes and Noble they will make sure their customers leave without dispute. The bookstop is not worth the extra bucks you could save.
Pros: Save a couple bucks
Cons: Support a company who doesnt care about its customers
