Review content:
I took a trailer axle in to be rebuilt with specific instructions. I needed it in four days and it took a week. I called three times and they refused to check the status of my order to advise when it would be ready. When they did call for me to pick it up, they did not do what I had requested and ""claimed"" they had called me to inform me of this which was untrue. I still had to pay the quoted price and ended up rebuilding it myself.
