Review content:
Dr. Frank Hagen not only is medically sound but he truly cares about all his patients. I was skeptical when his son Andy joined the practice. I didn't want anyone but Frank taking care of our pets. I was wrong. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Andy is great! He helped us through a tough time dealling with cancer in our Bernese Mtn. Dog Noel. He seemed to be half priest/councilor and half Dr. The front office is great at communicating with us. They go above and beyond every time. How do they remember all those pet's names? They are nice and easy to deal with. Their pricing is more than fair and they are well connected in the animal community. I have a call into Frank to discuss putting a hunting dog down. We love him but he is deaf and demanding... I trust them completely. Andy would probably try to cure Duke's deafness... I wish they worked on humans....
