I have taken my pets to Dr. Frank and Andy Hagan since 2003. They have always exemplified upmost care and honesty in their practice. No matter how busy they are, they make you and your pet feel important. A month ago my dog had a freak accident that caused him to break his foot. I brought my dog in without an appointment on a Monday morning. Without any hesitation, the staff and doctor made it possible for him to be seen and treated right away. On another occasion, I brought my cat in for cold like symptons. How pleasantly surprised I was when they waved the visit fee. I am sure this care for their pets and their owners is not unusual for this office. Whomever, has something negative to feedback about E.S.A.C must of had a bad day before walking in. Because, Escalon Small Animal Clinic is a great place for near and far pet owners. The doctors and staff are always there to make your experience a great one.
