AFTER VISITING ALL PETS FOR 12 YEARS DR. EVANS AND BEANY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FRONT OFFICE GIRLS AND HOSPITAL ""DIRECTOR"". AFTER DRIVING FROM LAKEWOOD AND PAYING SUPER HIGH FEES TO VISIT ALL PETS, ONE WOULD THINK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE SUPERB! WRONG! ITS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT SURE WHAT THE JOB DESCRIPTIONS ARE REALLY??? DR EVANS, DR MOORE AN DR CAYLOR ARE THE ONLY REASONS MY 16 YEAR OLD CAT COMES TO ALL PETS. (AND BEANY) NOT SURE WHAT THE DEAL IS WITH THE UNSATISFACTORY AND UNEXCEPTABLE SERVICE BUT HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS!
Pros: DR EVANS & DR MOORE (WHO LEFT LONG AGO) ARE EXCELLENT!
Cons: FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLY RUDE & INCOMPETENT!
