The facilities are a little dated and worn but are in working order. I took my 10- and 9-year-old for an afternoon of go-karting and mini-golf. Two rides each (two solo, two with dad) and a game of golf cost about $31 - not bad. The mini-golf (there are two separate courses) is the usual assortment of pirate ships, western towns and wild angles. The carpets are bit worn and could use some renovation. There are two kart tracks - one for ""rookies"" and another one for those 12 and older. The go-karts in both are well-used and not very speedy. The smaller track is just an oval. The longer track (solo riders must be a minimum of 54 inches tall) has a combination of hairpin turns and straights. On either track, the ride is about five minutes long. There also are batting cages (baseball and softball) which we didn't use though we saw little kids and adults practicing). We walked through the arcade, which had many modern games and a pair of air hockey tables. The place seemed to be staffed with high-schoolers, some more enthusiastic and helpful than others. On the late weekend morning we went, there were a few teenagers on the karts. The mini-golf was populated by pre-teen grade-schoolers. All and all, this was good value for the money; perhaps a good place for visiting grandparents to take the kids. The nearby Andretti race complex has many similar aspects and are more modern - but also cost much, much more. We've been to both and this is by far a better value. Startime advertised birthday parties. You're also close to some family friendly restaurants (Athens - Greek; Dreamland - BBQ; Moe's - Mexican; plus the usual assortment of fast-food places - Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks and the like.) [Review cross-posted at Yahoo!] Pros: Nice family atmosphere, good prices Cons: High-school staff not completely attentive; golf carpets worn in places; karts well-used.
