Sanfords is the place you want to go to either truly impress someone, or just be impressed yourself! The dining room is rather small, so you'll need reservations. We ate there on a week night, and even though everyone arrives at roughly the same time, the service was perfect. It appeared that each server only has two tables so that he/she can be appropriately attentive. The menu is first rate and everything is fresh and imaginitive. We enjoyed our food. The wine list is rather extensive, but there are many affordable options. Save room for the dessert, and you might want to try the sampler of infused vodkas. There were quite tasty. Pros: Service, Menu, Food Cons: Expensive, but you're paying for a first class dinner!
