Businiess name:  Susan Kloss Pro Organizer

Review content:
My husband and I were newly married and had two households of stuff we were trying to cram into one townhouse. We also had wedding stuff everywhere and were going insane quickly. We hired Susan at random out of the phonebook and if you ask my husband, he will agree it is the best money we ever spent to insure a harmonious future together. In the nine years since we started working with Susan, we didn't just get organized, we learned HOW to organize. I had piles of books (when I could find them!) but they never helped because I got too paralyzed when I stared at the mounds of junk I needed to sort through. Some of what she offered was just holding our hands when we threw away that weird gift item we felt guilty about wanting to get rid of. But most of what she gave us was techniques to use. We still use them today, and we have taught them to our daughter. When we have an overwhelming organizational task, we have a process we use to break the task down, like we start by ""making floor"". It doesn't translate in just these few words, but having that starting point makes all the difference. We also learned how and when to label, and - very important - how to buy organizing containers without making several classic mistakes. She really made our lives better overall. We're less stressed, we can find the things we need to find, and it is both possible and easy for our daughter to clean her room. We can't say enough wonderful things about Susan Kloss. Pros: good teacher, good communicator, non judgemental! Cons: she has a lot of clients and may be hard to book time with
