I have been using Susan Kloss' services for over 5 years now. She has helped me with closet clean outs, book shelf make-overs, the creation of a filing system for records and references, formation of a personalized system for dealing with the mail, efficient storage of Christmas decorations, repurposing a rec room, bathroom cabinet clean outs and reorganizations, and so on. No project overwhelms her! She has helped me locate, purchase and even assemble furniture - she is spatial and handy with tools. She has helped me create a beautiful workspace that actually makes me want to sit down at my desk and do paper work! She uses little expressions that stay with me long after our appointment is over: ""What's the next step?"" ?What am I doing; what am I not doing?"" ?Empty, empty, empty!? ?One thing at a time!? ?Put like with like.? ?This is just the first pass.? She has an eye for color and beauty and is useful with decorating issues although she doesn?t present herself in this way. Susan Kloss is reliable, non-judgmental, compassionate, sensitive, resourceful, experienced, spatial, handy, creative, visual, intentional, practical, diplomatic, an excellent listener, professional, and responsible. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. My time with her has been nothing short of a blessing. If you need help with organizing, give Susan Kloss a try and see if you aren?t wonderfully impressed with her services. She is a true gem, doing just what she was created to do!
