I went here looking for a bassinet, but out in front of the store on display was a swing I had been looking at in the stores which cost well over $100 new in the stores. The swing was priced fairly below the $100+ price, but what I was determined that price alone was not going to be the deciding factor. The owner (a male, sorry, did not get his name) went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. When asked for an explanation of why the swing was there, I was told that it was new, apparently bought for a baby shower, but unable to be returned to the store of purchase due to lack of receipt. He had assembled it right out of the box for display and carried it inside, plugged it in so that I was able to hear all of the sounds it made, etc. which I had not been able to do in any of the stores I had seen it displayed at. I expressed concern that I had read reviews that it did not swing as well once the baby (weight) was put in it, so he walked around the store gathering a few items with weight, such as a toy robot to put in the swing and test it. Satisfied with the results of this test, I decided to purchase the swing. This type of customer service is what any person, especially an expectant mom, should expect and receive when making purchases, no matter what the cost. It is rare and this is what makes a business stand out. Kudos to this store. It is definitely worth the drive across town.
