Me and my wife both Recently purchased two pairs of glasses each and the lady who helped us was very nice also they have some great specials and if you shop around you will find that they offer some great prices. As for the complaints below it looks as if they have cleaned up their act as now they have an information desk and no sign in sheet also it seemed like they had quite a number of staff members ready and willing to assist guests with their glasses. we will see but right now I am happy with them. the only draw back was that the glasses had to be special ordered and it took a week to get our glasses. But other than that I think they have cleaned up their operation. The company that I have Experienced the worst service with is Eye Glass World I will never go back to that place!
