This store is really two stores in one. But you wouldn't know that when you call. My fiance's glasses were ruined and we were frantically searching on a Sunday afternoon to find a place that was open and had the possibility of ""one-hour glasses"". Finally I found Eye Master's and called to get more information. The female I spoke with told me that yes, a doctor was in today and as long as I got there by 4pm, I would be fine. I was already 2:50 pm and we lived kind far--we got there by 3:45 and was told that they stop doing exams by 3pm. I told them what happened and they were really rude and told that I must have talked to the other side and they have nothing to do with that. They said that they are closing soon. I said why don't all the employees know that operating hours and they scoffed at me and said that they are separate from the glasses part. They definitely had attitude and of course I was irritated--we drove there for nothing and we really needed to get my fiance glasses. It just boggles my mind that employees that work, in essence, the same stored don't know the operating hours--and then are rude when you ask them why they don't communicate with each other. They seemed like they thought the personnel who worked in that other section were lowly. My advice is to ask to speak directly to the exam/doctor's side if that's who you need and the glasses side if not.
