Review content:
Went to Pete's Landscaping yesterday and ordered 6 yards of gravel. They told me it would be at my customers house between 8am and 11am for sure. Went home and turned my phone off for 1 hour, when I turned it back on, I had 12 missed calls from Pete's. I tried to call them back to find out what was going on but they had already closed. The next morning, about 6:20am, they call. They tell me that they are going to deliver the rock right then. I said absolutely not, this is a customers house, and I am not even at the job site yet, and won't be until 8am. They basically said too bad, and told me they were going to dump it anyway. I talked to them for about 10 minutes when they told me they would have Pete call. Couple minutes later, Pete calls, I basically told him due to the customers request, they wanted me to be on the job site as the rock was being delivered and he said that is not going to happen, we're going to dump it now. I said you do not have permission to do this, restating that they had told me it would be delivered between 8am-11am. He said ""Look, I don't need your business and we're dumping the rock now."" I told him to cancel the order at this point and he hung up on me. When we arrived at the job site at 8, the rock was there, even after I told them to cancel the order. Pete's had delivered it onto the property without permission. Do not do business with this company. Unprofessional business practiced. I was bullied by Pete's Landscaping today and will never do business with them again
