Review content:
This company picked up our group of 9 Ladies age 46 - 72 for a balloon ride on September 25th. Once they got to the balloon site, the Ladies waited as the Sweet Escape people (only 3 of them) tried for about an hour to get the balloon put together. The Ladies all the time watching other ballon companies come and go up and their balloon still not inflated, started to get worried that these people didn't know what they were doing. After about an hour the pilot started yelling at the Ladies to help them try to get the balloon up. by this time most of the Ladies decided that even if they got the balloon up that they didn't want to be with the pilot (Mr. Dave Smith) because he was yelling at everyone. So he said that either you ALL go or no one, so of course they decided not to go. They just wanted to get a ride back to the hotel and the company refused to take them back and even didn't know where they were to tell the taxi cabs where to pick them up. One of the older ladies asked for a drink of water and they also refused to give her some. So after about a two mile walk they finally met the taxi's and after a $50 taxi fee for each of the two taxis they finally returned to the hotel.
