Review content:
Read the Reviews - we did not, BIG mistake! Do not hire Rich, he does not follow through and does not always know how to do a job. He seems like a great guy, maybe he is, but he should not be in business.
We had a patio re-laid and the stone dust is now hardened to the surface of the stones and looks like concrete. He did not know how to work with the material, did not read the instructions, look on the web, inquire with the retail store where it was purchased or call the mfg to find out how to install. On top of that, there is also a low spot against our house that needs to be repaired as well. The retaining wall he installed is sitting on top of the patio and shoud have a base of its own. We found this out from other contractors who came to give estimates to fix the patio. It will cost us more to fix the patio and wall than we spent in the first place. Hard lesson learned. Proworx is not a legal company in the state of MD, it was forfeited a couple of years ago, check out SDAT for the state. On top of all this he actually took US to court for the final payment. Stay away!
