I went to this office with high hopes for a easy treatment on an adult ortho case. I was left waiting for 45 minutes in the chair without anyone letting me know what was talking so long. Then the doctor was irritatingly repetitive in his conversational skills. I told him and the office manager that i walked in ready to sign up for treatment and he sounded less than confident that my teeth would be retained where they needed to be. He then told me that he didn't need my business. Tracey the office manager never called me back to give me the estimate; I had to call her. Bad business practice. hey wanted to charge me the cost of full ortho for a 8 bracket case lasting only 6 months. This place is not somewhere I would recommend based on my consultation. I think the doctor is a and a bad businessman.
