I entered in a contract to do Snow Removal at Scott's office building in Westerville 735 Ceramic. Scott owes my thousands of dollars. Made one payment and now won't answer calls. I wonder if he is paying this year's contractor. This town is to small to go around and rip people off. This isn't the first time, he has done this to others according to Franklin County Clerk Of Courts Website. Everything i have stated is true, i would never make fake reviews.
