Review content:
This place has the WORST...... THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Private chefs, restaurant owners, and catering companies DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am a visiting private chef from NYC and yesterday I experienced the worst service in Miami in my life. It was a pleasure to support a business that was a referral from another chef in Miami but things turn ugly very quickly yesterday when I attempted to purchase fish. They were out of everything and anything they did have was frozen and so was their attitudes. Shortly their after it went bad when I explained that I was a seasonal chef from NYC and he said to me " I don't care where you are from you don't need to announced who you are," I said " I have never been treated like this and I will spread the word to other chef never to shop or support this establishment ever again," and then I walked out. Listen I understand that the customer is not always right but in this situation this guy was just an a**hole and I hope he doesn't treat other customer like this. I ended up going next door to Casablanca!!! They were helpful, efficient, and have the freshest selection of seafood in Miami!! Good Luck guys!
