Review content:
We ended up hear when heading for Joe's which was now renamed and under new ownership. The place was not well reviewed and we went next door to Garcia's to see if our Frommers review was accurate in stating this was a great and inexpensive place that was very worth visiting.\r \r The small place upstairs from the fish market they also own was comfortable and the staff friendly and very efficient. They give you a small cup of fish spread and crackers to eat it with when you are seated. This was very tasty and a great start to dinner.\r \r We ordered the grilled shrimp and flounder fillet. The shrimp was with parsley potatoes and coleslaw as sides, both of these were very tasty. The shrimp were large and grilled perfectly, they tasted great and I wished we'd had more. The flounder was very tasty and the sauce was really good, we had Cuban yellow rice and caesar salad with it. The rice was great but the salad was not as good as the rest of the food.\r \r The staff kept our water and soda glasses full and were very attentive and friendly telling us the story of the restaurant and about the menu items and fish offered.\r \r This is a must visit place when in Miami and I will eturn again every chance I get.
