Review content:
I had made an appointment on phone with a salesman called Benny to purchase a Maxima. I told him what features I am looking for and what price I am willing to pay. He confirmed that he had one with those features and at that price in stock. I drove about 45 mins to this dealership. Benny wasn't there even though I had made a prior appointment, so I had to wait for about 20 mins. When finally I got the keys to drive the Maxima we talked on phone, I figured it was a demo vehicle with more than 5000 miles on the odometer. Benny deliberately suppressed this fact from me even though I clearly mentioned that I was interested only in new ones. Instead of apologizing, he kept on arguing that a demo vehicle is a new vehicle. I went on a test drive with a guy called Craig in another Maxima. When we returned he told me to park it just behind my car even though there were many other parking spots available. I offered a price but Benny wouldn't negotiate. Another guy, supposedly the sales manager, came to explain to me what price they bought the car for and why they can't accept my offer. All of that was meaningless. Both his and Benny's tones were very disrespectful. I couldn't even leave as I couldn't take my car out. Benny is an outright liar and thinks of himself as the best salesman of the world. The good thing about Vero Nissan is that their dealer fees is $399 (as compared to $599 for most dealers in central FL) and they include certain services like free oil change, two tanks of gas, etc. in that fee. The dealership is in a sorry state with the sales manager yelling at his staff rebuking him in front of the customers. Trust me, it wasn't a drama worth watching. The dealership is very small and the new cars are parked so close that one cannot get into a car without touching the one beside it. I will not recommend Vero Nissan, especially Benny, to anyone.
Pros: Low dealer fees, some free services like oil change, two tanks of gas, etc.
Cons: High price, limited stock, sorry state of dealership, bad attitude and disrespectful behavior of salesmen
