I just ordered a beautiful crib from Cribs 4 Life and when it was delivered I noticed that a large black scuff mark on the front had been ""covered up"" by touch up paint by the delivery guys. And the job they did was terrible and not even in the same white paint as the rest of the crib. i called the store immediately and Jim said to email a picture...so I did. And then I waited for 2 weeks for some sort of response...nothing. I finally called to check the status of the replacement and he told me that ""he sent the claim to the factory and we will see"" and that his delivery guys would have never delivered a piece with a scuff. Well I didn't cover it up, so it must have been the monster under the bed. The entire time we were talking he cut me off, talked over me and was extremely condescending and rude about an issue what was their fault. So...the cribs are nice, but just pray that nothing goes wrong!
