The sales person and owner? at the Altamonte Springs location were present in store and friendly both times we were there (drove from Cape Canaveral). We purchased a crib there and told we would receive FREE conversion kit as there was a special in March 2012 with the purchase of a crib (FREE was even written on our paperwork). We were then sent a letter stating we were not going to receive the FREE conversion kit. When I called and tried to hold them to the contract, the owner? was short and condescending and did nothing to accomodate the contract and hung up on me. We cancelled the order and purchased the same crib from another store. When we called the owner? to make sure we were receiving a refund as we purchased from another store he was again short and condescending and hung up the phone for the second time (both times polite on our end). I would give NO stars but am held to at least giving 1 star!
