We love the great outdoors, thus have created a lush green outdoor oasis. We have purchased trees in the past from Cooks Tree Farm and we were very pleased. Any questions or problems they were available for help. Good advice and friendly! BUT, so sad to say no more! We always try to support ""mom and pop"" but sorry to say Cooks has failed us with new ownership. I purchased a tree based on the feedback from the son. We waited all day for the delivery (agreed on a time). After getting the tree I find out it needed full sun in a shady backyard. Details we shared! Forced to plant where we did not need a tree! . My husband began calling when we observed the tree was failing. We were told to call back in a couple of weeks. Guess what? New owner,the son, who said TOUGH LUCK! No way to speak with the father who now knows us from all are business and friends we have sent to Cooks. Save your time, money and a tree. Horrible customer service to a dedicated customer. We were led to believe we would receive customer satisfaction but then it changed ownership. BEWARE! Attitude is awful from a college know it all interested only in making a buck.
