This was our first time to Captain Jack's, and overall we probably will return for the AMAZING CRAB LEGS but maybe order them for take out. A few irritating things --parking was horrible! We had to park 2 blocks away and walk. We had reservations and were seated promptly, however it took 15 minutes to get a menu. My husband ordered iced tea-- it took 3 reminders over a span of about 20 minutes to finally get it (the waitress ""forgot"") The hot bread came, but with no butter as promised. Our waitress was inattentive & hard to track down when we needed her... And for pete's sake, JUST PUT THE BREAD BASKET DOWN & WALK AWAY (anyone who has been there knows what I'm talking about..lol) Great food, but we've had much better service at other restaurants.....
Pros: Amazing Crab Legs, Yummy Fresh Bread, Cozy & Romantic
Cons: Inefficient Service, Limited Parking, Very crowded
