Before bringing my 2001 Ford Expedition into Cole's I went to two other automotive shops due to failed emmisions. After spending over $1200 and two trips to different auto shops, the problem still wasnt fixed. I then went to Cole's praying I wouldnt have to put out unneccesary money and walk out with the same problem on my hands for a third time- well.. third times a charm! Cole's over exceeded my expectations and is now my familys number one go-to auto shop. From the moment I walked in the door until picking my truck when it was finished, I was kept in contact with and up to date on the progress. I was only charged $500 for the entire repair! Not only was it affordable, the customer service and quality of work spoke for itself. Prior to starting the work on my Expedition Mr. Cole contacted me with an estimate and fully explained what the problem was in terms I could actually undersand. He also went over with me where the numbers came from with parts and labor needed to fix the emmision problem. I hope this will save someone the headache and hole in the pocket that I suffered before finding a shop with the quality of work Cole's has to offer- there is absolutely no comparison in the area.
