Review content:
To make a long story short, I went in for an estimate and was told it would take at most a day. They took a week, they never called me, and every time I called them I received the same story ""We are busy"" ""We are just finishing it up"" ""We will have it to you in 2 hours"" ""I was on vacation"". They are very good at passing the blame to something else. They are very poor at communication. They obviously see each customer as a cash register and not as a person. I will never go there again.
Pros: none that I have experienced
Cons: Pass the blame, they obviously only care about $$
