I went to Pearl Auto Body for a very minor ding to my rear taillight and bumper and despite making an appointment (including letting them inspect the vehicle several days ahead of time), they refused to give me straight answers about how long they needed to keep my car -- not even an estimate. This was very inconvenient in terms of planning my transportation while the car was out of commission.
