I would not recommend using Carpet Mill for the following reasons: They don't stand by their work like most places would. They have a one year warranty and without a renewal they will not come back to repair any installation mistakes they've made. They installed my carpet so poorly that after one year there are ripples throughout the bedroom and living room that require a reinstallation. The staff does not go out of there way to help you with any problems you might have. I've talked to several people and also walked in to the store, but they offer no help or options to customers who are not 100% satisfied. Although this company might be a couple hundred dollars less then other places, I would highly recommend paying a little extra for high quality installation with a professional guarantee.
